Amelia Robotics Business Referral Terms

1. The program

These terms govern the Amelia Robotics business referral program operated by Amelia Labs LLC ("Amelia," "we," or "us"). This program is separate from Amelia Chores worker referrals. By accepting these terms and activating business referrals, you agree to this version of the terms.

2. Your reward

You earn 10% of eligible payments Amelia makes to each qualifying business you refer during that business's 12-month earning period. There is no dollar cap per referrer or per referred business, and no cap on the number of qualifying businesses you may refer. Account limits on invitations and payout requests are operational limits, not limits on your earnings.

3. What counts as an eligible payment

An eligible payment is a completed payment Amelia makes to your referred business for approved commercial recording work through the Amelia Robotics business program. The reward is calculated on the business payment before the business distributes employee or crew shares. An application, an estimate, an unpaid balance, or a worker's individual payment is not an eligible business payment. You do not earn a reward on another referrer's commissions. Rewards are calculated in U.S. dollars and rounded to the nearest cent for each eligible business payment.

4. The 12-month earning period

Each referred business has its own earning period. It starts on the UTC calendar date when Amelia makes that business's first eligible payment after the referral is attributed to you. That first payment counts. The period runs from 00:00 UTC on that date until, but not including, 00:00 UTC on the corresponding date 12 calendar months later. If the anniversary date does not exist, the last day of that month is used. Payments made at or after the end of the period do not count, even if the work happened earlier. A pause in recording or payments does not pause or extend the period. You may still request rewards earned during the period after it ends.

5. Qualifying referrals

Use your personal Amelia Robotics referral link or a tracked invitation so the business's application is attributed to you. The business must be a new commercial partner, submit a genuine application, be accepted by Amelia, and receive an eligible business payment. Amelia verifies attribution and eligibility before rewards become available. Only one referrer may earn rewards for a business; duplicate or disputed referrals require review. You may not refer yourself, use false or duplicate accounts, or misrepresent your connection to a business. Signing up or sending an invitation does not guarantee a reward or acceptance of the business.

6. Getting paid

Use an active Amelia account and verify your email address before requesting a payout. Provide accurate payee details and complete any required tax and payment verification. Available rewards may be requested through your business referral account. Payouts are reviewed by Amelia and sent through its payment provider; submitting a request does not mean a transfer has completed. You are responsible for taxes that apply to your rewards. No payment is required to join this referral program. We do not guarantee a minimum reward, a particular income, or a fixed payout-processing time.

7. Sharing responsibly

Clearly tell people that you may receive a reward if their business joins and receives eligible payments. For example: "I may earn a referral reward if your business joins Amelia Robotics and gets paid." Place that disclosure with your recommendation or referral link. Do not send spam, make unsupported earnings claims, imply you represent Amelia, or share someone else's contact details without permission. Participation must comply with applicable laws and any obligations you have to your employer or business.

8. Errors, fraud, and program changes

Amelia may review disputed payments, correct accounting errors, and withhold or reverse rewards linked to fraud, duplicate payments, or business payments that are refunded or reversed. We may suspend abusive accounts or stop accepting new referrals. Ending the program for new referrals does not by itself cancel valid rewards already earned or shorten the 12-month period for a qualifying referral accepted under these terms. Changes to these terms will receive a new version; we will not silently replace the version you accepted or retroactively reduce valid rewards under it.

9. Existing agreements and contact

A separate written referral agreement already in effect continues to govern the referrals it covers. These terms govern new referrals accepted under this version unless you and Amelia expressly agree otherwise in writing.
