This Privacy Policy explains how Amelia, operated by Amelia Labs LLC ("Amelia," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information through the Amelia website, business inquiry forms, and related B2B data collection services.

Information We Collect

We may collect contact details, organization details, inquiry content, communications, and technical information such as IP address, browser, device, pages viewed, and referral source. For collection programs, we may also process task specifications, contributor segments, collection metadata, submitted media, consent records, and delivery materials needed to operate an exclusive data program.

How We Use Information

We use information to respond to inquiries, scope collection programs, operate consented data collection, compensate contributors, structure and deliver datasets, maintain security, improve our services, and comply with legal obligations.

How We Share Information

We may share information with service providers who support hosting, communications, payments, analytics, storage, and business operations. For client programs, we share collected materials and related metadata according to the applicable statement of work, consent flow, and written agreement. We do not sell personal information.

Contributor Consent

Amelia collection programs are built around paid, consented contributor participation. Program-specific instructions and consent terms govern what contributors are asked to capture and how those materials may be used.

Retention

We retain information as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including business records, payment administration, legal obligations, and contracted dataset delivery. De-identified, aggregated, or contractually delivered materials may be retained according to the applicable agreement.

Your Choices

You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information where required by law. Some information may be retained where needed for legal, security, payment, or contractual reasons.
